90 DAY PARTS/LABOR WARRANTY
All parts and labor feature a 90-day warranty starting from the day radio is received back by the customer after completed repair.
1-YEAR EXTENDED WARRANTY
We offer extended 1-year warranties covers the serviced parts only starting from the day of purchase, which must be within 365 days of initial repair.
Radio Repair Options
1. Send Your Radio for Repair
You can send us your radio, and one of our expert technicians will perform repairs in our shop. When we complete the repair, we'll send the radio back to you repaired.
Most repairs get turned around in about 5 days, once they arrive at our facility.
You'll get a 90-day Parts & Labor Warranty.
2. Order a Replacement
Don't want to have to drive around without your radio? Take advantage of our replacement services.
With replacement services, you'll receive a refurbished replacement unit. Once the replacement arrives, send us your defective unit and save money on the core charge.
You'll get the same 90-day Parts & Labor Warranty.
